UNAIDS Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS
The
UNGASS set of indicators is the result of the unanimous adoption of the Declaration of Commitment on HIV/AIDS by all UN member states in 2001 to monitor the global response to the epidemic. The data consists of 25 indicators (of which 10 have been selected for dissemination through UNdata), reported biennially by participating countries on their national response to HIV/AIDS. Data is available for 2004, 2006, and 2008 time-series and is published as part of the Global Report on HIV/AIDS.
